At CIPHER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed to prevent any leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
